REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Julius Waititu Mwiga (ID/9813193) and (2) Purity Wangui Migui (ID/26366364), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 0.0404 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title No. Maela/Ndabibi Block 3/1552 (Ngondi), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
