THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Robert Mbui Mwagwabi, (2) Grace Nenyemi Mbui, (3) Shadrack Mbui,(4) Miriam Chinyavu, (5) Lydia Nyadzua Mbui, (6) Sarah Mbodzee Mbui and (7) Edgar Mwarumba Mbui and (8) Richard Mwangombe Mbui, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.28 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kilifi/Nyalani/1082, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
