REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Geoffrey Njuguna Mburu, of P.O. Box 227, Njoro in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 0.0405 hectare or thereabouts, known as Solai/Ndungiri Block 3/2038 (Wanyororo “B”), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proced with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33(5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
