REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rodgers Otieno Owiti, of P.O. Box 50424, Kendu Bay in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the sub-county of Rachuonyo, containing 0.025 hectare or thereabouts, known as Karachuonyo/Kamuma/9257, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, whereas the registered proprietor has indemnified against all actions and claims that may be made after reconstruction of the land register notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
