THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kimani Mbuthia, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.85 and 0.13 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title Nos. Loc. 1/Chomo/82 and T. 22, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers of the said pieces of land are missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land registers has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land registers shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
