THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) George Morara Onsongo, of P.O. Box 119–00521, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya and (2) Nancy Ruguru Samson, of P.O. Box 1201–00521, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, having individual titles, are registered as proprietors of all those pieces of land, containing 0.01560 and 0.0182, hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 206/3180, situate in the county of Nairobi and whereas efforts have been made to summon the parties, collect evidence and recover fraudulent certificates of lease to be surrendered to the land registrar, and whereas there is evidence to show that Nancy Ruguru Samson has received the summons and failed to appear, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the cancellation of the said lease issued to Nancy Ruguru Samson under section 79(2) of the Act, and retain George Morara Onsongo as the registered owner of the property.
