THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chrispin Maina Macharia, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Ruiru Kiu Block 7/1189, containing 0.0207 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Ruiru in Succession Cause No. E32 of 2023, directing the name of Chrispin Maina Macharia, be cancelled and replaced with that of (1) Lucy Kabura Gatukumi and (2) Stephen Macharia Maina, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Chrispin Maina Macharia, has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A 19 and L.R.A. 7, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chrispin Maina Macharia, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
