REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwamburi Tocha (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Werugha/Mgambonyi/688, situate in Taita Taveta County, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Wudanyi in Succession Cause No. 73 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Njumwa Mwamburi, of P.O. Box 1272-80304, Wundanyi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwamburi Tocha (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
