NOTICE is given that (1) Kamal Anantroy Bhatt and (2) Jai Kamal Bhatt, both of P.O Box 80766–80100, Mombasa in Kenya have been appointed as administrators (“Administrators”) of Swafi Foods Limited (under Administration) (“the company”), effective from the 06th August 2025. Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company are being conducted by the Administrators. The powers of the administrators extend to all assets and undertakings of the company. The powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the company’s assets ceased. Any party having a claim against the company to submit their claim in writing with relevant supporting documentation to the administrators on or before the 20th September 2025. The Administrators act as agents of the company without personal liability.
