NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 395, in Volume DI, Folio 246/1747, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Maryolivia Nanjumbia Simiyu, formerly known as Mary Olivia Nanjumba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Olivia Nanjumba and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maryolivia Nanjumbia Simiyu for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maryolivia Nanjumbia Simiyu only.
