NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th June, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 748, in Volume DI, Folio 234/1537, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Augustus Mocha Manwa Nyakiba, formerly known as Augustus Mocha Manwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Augustus Mocha Manwa and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Augustus Mocha Manwa Nyakiba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Augustus Mocha Manwa Nyakiba only.
