TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2024 By (1) Dorah Mtekele Harry and (2) Victory Sada Ngava, both of P.O. Box 7–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Alexander Mitchell, who died at Kisauni, on 14th August, 1992. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2025 By Swaleh Slim Khalil, of P.O. Box 95770, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Naima Swaleh Slim, who died at Nyali, on 17th August, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
