TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025 By (1) Indira Mahendra Ratilal Vora alias Indira Mahendra Ratilal and (2) Jay Mahendra Ratilal Dhanji Vora, both of P.O. Box 82314– 80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of last will to the estate of Mahendra Ratilal Dhanji Vora, who died at Mumbai, India, on 19th February, 2025. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
