TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By (1) Tobias Wakoli Siundu and (2) Dismus Simiyu Mwila, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Wakoli Siundu, who died on 11th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2025 By (1) Keneth Walumbe Simiyu, (2) Vivianne Nekesa Abishag Walumbe and (3) Kevin John Murunga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Ogot Walumbe alias Mary Anyango Walumbe, who died at Crosshouse Hospital, Kilmarrock Kalobe, United Kingdom, on 1st January, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
