TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Sera Njeri Nganga, (2) David Mungai and (3) Joseph Kiarie Nganga, all of P.O. Box 61, South Kinangop in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng’ang’a Ndunu Ng’ang’a, who died at Nairobi West, on 26th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 By (1) Andrew Waweru Babu and (2) Ann Wangui Waweru, both of P.O. Box 844, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Daniel Kabui, who died at Kangemi, on 26th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2024 By Rebecca Wanjiru Kung’u, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Kung’u Gakuo, who died at Hianyu, on 15th September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
