E25 OF 2025 By (1) David Taraya ole Supare, (2) Francis Nkodidio Supaari and (3) Joseph Marias ole Supare, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Josphat Supare Sakuda, who died at A.I.C., Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 9th December, 2024. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By Nolikite ene Muneu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moniyo ole Solio Muae, who died at Enkitok Joy Nursing, on 27th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2025 By Habiba Koipitat, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Koipitat Kenah, who died at Ilbissil, on 26th December, 2024. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025 By (1) Beatrice Shapapa Saoina and (2) Timothy Kuyo Ncheki, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael N. Saoina ole Kuyo, who died at Veteran Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 9th December, 2024.
