TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025 By (1) John Kibet Kiget and (2) David Kipngetich Kaborok, both of P.O. Box 96, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkiget arap Kaborok, who died at Litein, on 14th February, 1999. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025 By (1) Benson Kimutai Maritim and (2) Edwin Kiplangat Maritim, both of P.O. Box 75, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maritim arap Chepkwony, who died at Kaborus Sub-location, on 9th October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
