TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By (1) Musa Keitany, (2) Zacharia Keitany and (2) Andrew Kiyai, both of P.O. Box 3830–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mika Chepkaitany alias Mika Chepkeitany alias Mica Chepkaitany alias Mica Chepkeitany alias Micah Chepkeitany alias Micah Chepkaitany, who died on 1st March, 2024. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By Simon K. Chemon, of P.O. Box 66, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipchemon Kipyegen, who died at Kipkochil Village, on 12th July, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
