TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025 By (1) Alice Chepkurui Maina and (2) David Kibet Mibei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitur arap Koech, who died at Cheboin, on 15th August, 1992. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By (1) Daniel Pius Tangus and (2) Geoffrey Kipkorir Tangus, both of P.O. Box 10, Kabyanga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Maritim Nyige, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
