TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2025 By (1) Ian Michael Corroyer, of 5 Martock Lane, Ash, Martock, Somerset, TA12, 6NR, England and (2) Jane Katherine Owles, of P.O. Box 204, Kilifi in Kenya, the executor and executrix, named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of the last written will to the estate of Vera Mavis Corroyer alias Wendy Corroyer, who died on 29th November, 2024. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2025 By Susan Nguna Mutuku, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhamed Mutuku Wambua alias Mohamed Mutuku Wambua Keche, who died on 30th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
