TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025 By (1) Terry Vihenda Kochi and (2) Romario Nanzushi, both of P.O. Box 98391–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lipuku Evans Vusakhala, who died on 15th November, 2024. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2025 By Wallace Cheruiyot, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of will annexed to the estate of John Anthony Gardner, who died at Sayyida Fatimah Hospital in Kenya, on 14th November, 2024.
