TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2025 By (1) Teresiah Mugure Kinuthia, (2) David Karanja Kinuthia and (3) Antony Karemeri Kinuthia, all of P.O. Box 3396–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kinuthia Karanja, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 5th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E304 OF 2025 By (1) Grace Wanjiru Kiarie, (2) Dickson Macharia Karocho and (3) Duncan Githiaka Kiarie, all of P.O. Box 14, Londiani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabocho Kiarie alias Karocho Kiarie Muguema alias Karocho Kiarie Mugwima, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 7th November, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
