TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2020 By Evans Eddy Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 38, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of WashingtonWafula Langa, who died at Luanda Sub-location, on 18th February, 1998. CAUSE NO. E270 OF 2025 By Okuku Ouma, of P.O. Box 209, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ouma Orwete Odundo alias Ouma Orwete who died at Nakhakina Sub- location on 23rd August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
