TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E310 OF 2024 By Benard Afula Musumba, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nekunda Chami Makokha, who died at Mundika Sub-location, on 12th September, 2001. CAUSE NO. E224 OF 2025 By Mathias Mugeni Mbongo, of P.O. Box 50184, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s uncle for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Wanyama W’Obiero who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 24th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
