TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E390 OF 2025 By Benedictus Khadage Iriondanga, of P.O. Box 1452, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Telesa Nakweya Ilondanga alias Mrs. Teresa Ilondanga, who died at Madivini, on 7th January, 1996. CAUSE NO. E391 OF 2025 By (1) Nancy Mbayi Hassan and (2) Collins Barasa, of P.O. Box 204, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hassan Juma Dudu alias Hassan Dudu, who died at Royal Gardens Hospital in Kenya, on 11th November, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
