TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2025 By (1) Videlis Karatasi Wanjala, (2) Victor Wafula Wanjala and (3) Elizabeth Induswe Wanjala, all of P.O. Box 2029–50200, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyama Joseph Wanjala, who died at Lifecare Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2025 By David Wabwile Pwaku, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matayo Pwaku Kakalukha alias Pwaku Kakalukha, who died at Nakhwana, on 19th May, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
