TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2025 By (1) Rehab Nanjala Wanyonyi, (2) Phoebe Agonya Alfred and (3) Irene Nasimiyu Musungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kabwela Sifuna alias Peter Kabwella Sifuna, who died at Bungoma County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 31st January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2025 By Vincent Walukhu Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Mutayi Walukha alias Juma Mutai, who died at Kimatuni, on 4th May, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
