TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E279 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Nduta Ndung’u and (2) Antony Gitema Ndung’u, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Ndungu Wachira, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 14th January, 2021. Box 250–00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son, granddaughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndorua Kamanga alias Ndoru Kamanga, who died at Kihara Sub-location, on 18th October, 2002. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Nganga Thubi and (2) Stephen Kinyanjui Thubi, both of P.O. Box 7092–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thubi Muoria, who died at Karura, on 11th January, 2022.
