TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025 By (1) Jane Wanjiru Njuguna and (2) Consolater Wambuku, the deceased’s daughter and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Mwaura Njuguna, who died on 17th June, 2002. CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2025 By Alfred Mwangi Kaninu, of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wanjiru Mwangi, who died on 3rd November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
