E81 OF 2025 By (1) Samuel Kieru Waithaka, (2) Eunice Wanjiru Mutua and (3) Richard Njoroge Waithaka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beth Wanjogu Waithaka, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2025 By Rosemary Nakhumicha Sifuna, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Namusonge Sifuna, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd October, 2024. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025 By (1) Peter Kung’u Karinga and (2) Thomas Gathuru Kung’u, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loise Mukuhi Kung’u, who died at Gatong’ora, on 12th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
