TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025 By Veronicah Nyambura Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Joseph Mwangi Maina alias Patrick Joseph Mwangi, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2025 By (1) Timothy Mwangi Maina and (2) Susan Wambui Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Njoki Maina, who died at Thika, on 25th November, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
