TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2025 By Yvonne Wangui Njoroge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christine Wanjiru Murage, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2025 By (1) Francis Munene Mwangi and (2) John Muthee Gikungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bertha Muthoni Mwangi alias Beth Muthoni Mwangi, who died at Ngoliba, on 25th October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
