TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2017 By Mary Gathoni Kabaria, of P.O. Box 204–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndirangu Thegu, who died at Mutathini Sub-location, on 3rd April, 2010. CAUSE NO. E287 OF 2024 By (1) Ephraim Ngaragari Kiauri and (2) David Kagotho Ngaragari, both of P.O. Box 97–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngaragari Kiauri alias Elijah Ngaragari Kiauri, who died at Gatei, on 20th April, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
