TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2025 By (1) John Muriuki Kigundu and (2) Martha Waruguru Kigundu, both of P.O. Box 286, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kigundu Giture Kigombe alias Kigundu Giture, who died at Karatina Hospital in Kenya, on 1st September, 1995. THE KENYA GAZETTE 4th July, 2025 CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2025 By Beth Wairimu Kimotho, of P.O. Box 178, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wanjohi Njiraini, who died on 21st April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
