TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E171 OF 2024 By (1) James Karanja Njoroge and (2) John Chege Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Chege, who died at Maraigushu, Kinungi, on 25th August, 2007. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2024 By (1) James Njuguna Mwaura and (2) Peter Njenga Mwaura, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwaura Kagoiya, who died at Elementaita, on 8th October, 2014. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2025 By (1) Pauline Wambui Mwangi and (2) Elizabeth Nduta Muiga, both of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mwangi Njuguna, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 13th August, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
