TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2024
By James Mwenda Mikwa, of P.O. Box 969–10400, Nanyuki in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Japhet Mikwa M’Tuaruchiu alias Japhet M’Tuamikwa, who died at
Nturukuma Location, Laikipia, on 27th September, 2000.
CAUSE NO. E155 OF 2024
By Jane Muthoni Mwangi, of P.O. Box 49–10105, Naromoru in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Wambooh Lawrence Mwangi, who died at Kiamathaga Location, Nyeri,
on 6th December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
