TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2025 By James Gitonga, of P.O. Box 491, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ringera M’Mikunu, who died at Kathathene, on 15th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2025 By Denis Murithi Kobia, of P.O. Box 123, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeniffer Mwari Kirera, who died on 6th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
