TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2025 By Nthiga Mbiuki, of P.O. Box 51, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mbiuki M’Rwari alias Taratisio Muriuki alias Mbiuki Rwaria alias Mbiuki M’Rwaria, who died at Muiru Sub-location, on 11th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
