TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By (1) Jamlick Gitonga Njue, (2) Nasaliu Gitonga Nthiiri and (3) Patrick Mutegi Rindiri, all of P.O. Box 710, Chuka in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rindire Rutere, who died at Mugwe Location, on 17th December, 1968. CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025 By Gilbert Mwiti Muchunku, of P.O. Box 375, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Rachi Baikinyua, who died at Kandungu Sub-location, on 24th April, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
