Box 161–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Itumo Kiamba, who died at Bethany Hospital in Kenya, on 4th September, 1990. Box 36581–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanzia Nzeki, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd November, 2013. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2025 By Kalunde Kingoo Ali, of P.O. Box 637–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingoo Ali alias Kingoo Kimamia Kaloki, who died on 26th December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
