TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025 By Wilson Maweu Ndeto, of P.O. Box 13, Kola in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndeto Mukwati, who died at Immaculate Health Center, on 29th July, 2015. CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2025 By Stanley Kimeu Mutuku, of P.O. Box 92–90101, Masii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutuku Nzioka Silu alias Simon Mutuku, who died at Kyamutwii Sub-location, on 20th September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
