Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Syovata Makau, who died on 19th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2024 By (1) Mwende Maliku and (2) Kamami Mutisya, both of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutisya Wambua Mbiti, who died at Tungu, on 30th March, 1990. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025 By Andrew Kyalo Ngula, of P.O. Box 996–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwakavi Julius Ngula, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya in 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
