TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E383 OF 2022 By Kaleli Mbinda Kiminza, of P.O. Box 26, Nziu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbandi Kiminza Nzuma alias Mbandi Kiminza, who died on 8th June, 1998. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2025 By (1) Dominic Kikuvi Mutiso and (2) Charles Mutiso Muli, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Nguli Nthome alias Mutiso Nguli Thome, who died on 8th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
