TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court
in:
4th July, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025
By (1) Shuar ene Kanamo Tago and (2) Kaise Kanamo Tago, the
deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Kanamo ole Tako Nongetila, who died at Kenyatta
University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on
28th October, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
