TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025 By (1) Lily Cherotich Kirui and (2) Bett Felix, both of P.O. Box 23, Amalo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibet arap Kirui, who died at Longisa Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By (1) Mwikali Muema and (2) Benson Ndavi Muema, both of P.O. Box 413–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Kasaine Nampaso, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 9th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
