E121 OF 2025 By Johnstone Oreyo Ogolla, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Oreyo alias Charles Oreyo Ogola, who died at Barchando, on 1st June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2025 By Maria Oswe Wahinya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wahinya Menya Ngotho alias Joseph Maina, who died at Pala, on 4th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Adhiambo Onyango and (2) Eliakim Kelvin Ochieng, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ochieng Ambuka, who died at Pala, on 22nd December, 1995. CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2025 By Michael Jaoko Oriema, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Remjius Agunda Oriema, who died at Barkowino, on 8th November, 1976. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2025 By Maria Oswe Wahinya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wahinya Menya Ngotho alias Joseph Maina, who died at Pala, on 4th August, 2022.
