TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2020 By (1) Sospeter Onyango Bele and (2) Nicholas Kangwana Bele, both of P.O. Box 578 Suna in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Liasar Bele Amolo and (2) John Otigo Amollo, who died at Bware, on 1st February, 2010 and 21st September, 2010, respectively. CAUSE NO. 103 OF 2023 By Jackson Wasonga Kiwuia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tobias Kiwia Nyambori alias Kiuyu Nyambori, who died at Suna Wasimbete Location, on 15th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
