TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E189 OF 2025 By Azibetta Kangazi Kevogo, of P.O. Box 220, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Kevogo Mudaki, who died at Mwamba Sub- location, on 30th July, 2024. CAUSE NO. E217 OF 2025 By James Kipchumba Kurgat, of P.O. Box 1310–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkurgat Chebong Bartoch alias Kipkurgat Chebong Bartocho, who died on 11th May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
