Box 3735–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obadia Kiplagat Saina, who died on 27th November, 2024. CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2025 By Nancy Chemeli Korir, of P.O. Box 4491–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdi Kiprono Kaittany, who died on 3rd March, 2010. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2025 By (1) Julius Mureithi and (2) Geofrey Muthio Mugera, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugera Waganjo, who died on 18th May, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
