CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2025 By Nancy Jebet Ngetuny, of P.O. Box 34894–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Kiplimo Ngetuny, who died at Kituro, on 14th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025 By Francis Kipnyony Keitany, of P.O. Box 94–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkeitany Kipngetich, who died at Chebunyor, on 13th December, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
